Several Dodge dealerships told me that they can't make an appointment for months and that they would need my truck for several days to take apart the entire front of the vehicle just to diagnose where the coolant leak was. The Honda certified mechanic documented with photos all the issues and recommended services. The unexpected amount of work was going to take all day. To my surprise, Grace offered a loaner vehicle at no charge. My car was ready at the time promised, and after test driving, it felt like it was ten years and 75 thousand miles younger! Additionally, Precision offers a 800 number as part of their guarantee on parts and labor in the event of trouble down the road. You get what you pay for. And with Grace and her team, that means quality work, clear communication, and peace of mind.
