1st time here. Went here for a smog check and Vick was helping another customer. He was very polite and customer friendly. Most of the auto shops I've been to in the past can learn a thing or two about customer service from this gentlemen. He's also an honest man. I will defintely return here for more than smog checks. What a lucky find and so close to home. Thanks Vick!

They did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem which was tough. The manager took the time to work with us in locating a part that was not being made anymore on a 2000 Ford. We were very pleased at the care and workmanship this business took in completing this job. Recommend this place highly.

Don’t use this shop. My wife took our Ford in for an issue with the power steering. After $2,300 dollars in repairs, it turns out that the issue was a safety recall that would have been free from Ford. Eric, the manager told me that they always check for recalls and he could not find any. I found it on the Ford site using the VIN and on the NHTSA web site via the make and model. Rather than make it right, the owner told me that they are not responsible and I have no recourse with them. So, they either do not value relationships enough to take care of their customers or they actively took advantage of my wife. Either way. I do not recommend them for any work you need done.

Vehicle in for smog certificate. In and out in 15 minutes. While I was waiting, Eric assisted me with advice on improving my vehicle's performance. Great crew at Precision. My family & I have been loyal customers for 5 years.
