This is Nancy, not David, his name is first on the account. They are helping to keep my Lincoln Towncar running for another 20 years. It's essentially a Limo/taxi type car meant to last for 300 thousand miles. She now has 175 thousand on her. They never try to get me to do unneeded repairs, their prices are fair and they are always professional and helpful.

I was surprised to find a shop in Poway that services Jaguars. My check engine light has come on so I took it in to get it diagnosed. Eric gave me a loaner car (which other small shops usually don't offer) so I could leave mine with him for the diagnostic. I got the results from August promptly and as promised, although it wasn't necessarily the best news for me. They were very thorough and delivered excellent customer service.

My jeep sat for over 3 years. Precision Automotive was able to resolve all the issues associated with that and get me back on the trails. Very thorough and professional, I've found a new mechanic.
