Staff seemed knowledgable, fair, and friendly. The owner seems to take pride in his shop.

I was referred here for and alignment and scheduled an appointment. The place was easy to find with a large sign off the main road. When I arrived they gave me an estimate and told me the work would take a couple of hours. One of the guys mentioned a shopping center near by. It has a coffee shop, some eateries - even a movie theater, and took about a 10 min walk to get to. My car was done when they said it would be, and the cost was as estimated. The staff was great, - friendly and professional. A few weeks later I returned to have some recommended repairs done and had the same great experience.

I came here to have my A/C fixed. I called and was told I could bring my car right in. The job was done quickly (3hrs for A/C, oil change, and alignment) and they have great customer service. There are places to eat or shop while waiting that are within walking distance. Overall, I had a good experience.

i came here when my brakes were making noise. they inspected the brake system and the rest of the entire car for free and told me exactly what needed to be done. they even brought me into the shop to show me the worn parts on my car. i opted to take my car back so i could shop around before i committed to buying anything from them. they ended up having the cheapest estimate and got the job done while i waited in the lobby. great service, nice guys, and quality work. will definitely be coming back here.

My whole experience with my Poway Precision guys was WONDERFUL. From making my appointment for the day and at the time that I needed, to turning my car over to the very personable Manager in the office, to getting it back quickly after sitting and watching TV in the waiting area. I'm glad I bought the package that will take me there 2 more times this year, and I WILL continue to take my Toyota there to be serviced long after this Groupon deal is all used up!
