Gus and Eric took care of my car and provided excellent customer service! One of the first shops that was actually able to fix my AC properly and even offered me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop for a couple of days. The diagnostic report was very thorough and Eric was transparent about the cost of each part and even explained why it was needed. If you want your vehicle taken care of properly and are tired of being taken advantage of by repair shops with mysterious fees, the drive to Poway is well worth the quality service!

Eric took great care of me, helped navigate dealing with my warranty company very well especially through the Covid-19 issues from the lockdown when my breakdown occured. I have been taking my cars here for quite awhile, 10+ years. Eric is business-like, the quotes are pretty spot on (barring unforeseen circumstances), and once in a while, he'll show his sense of humor. Precision has evolved with the times, with the diagnostics and everything on computer now. And they provide Lyft/Uber transportation to and from the shop. Very convenient.
