Great customer service and awesome job on my car. I damaged the plate under my car that protects my engine. Every step of the way, they were very transparent and straight forward. Explained what needed to be done, as well as the price along the way. Very easy to work with. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced. A full vehicle inspection was included, which included every nook and crannie of my car along with pictures. Any needed fixes came with pictures so I can see it for myself. Makes them even more trustworthy in my book. I will definitely will be going back to them with any vehicle repair or maintenance needed.

Oil leak fixed - no problems!

Eric is the best! I had my 2011 KIA towed to Precision Automotive because the engine froze on the freeway. Eric and the team worked with KIA Motors to help me get the engine replaced under an extended warranty at no charge. I've been taking my vehicles here for years. Incredible service and quality work. I am a customer for life!

I continue to go to Poway Accurate Automotive - they are right on point on taking your car in at the time of appt and finishing work on or before estimate of time needed. They do a fantastic job and have referred them to my friends and family!
