Auto Repair in Poway

Had the unfortunate circumstance of having to use a fire extinguisher on my alternator (Acura). Lucky for me, it was in the parking lot at Accurate Automotive in Poway. Brandon runs a great business there and pays attention to the little things. Customer service and communication were second to none, all while not gauging prices like other places. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and am glad to have been a customer.

I cannot believe I didn't write a review the first time I came here. After going through a hilarious stint that had me at five different body shops in four months, I dragged my Altima here. The guys that run the place are awesome. They never mentioned a problem that the other shops hadn't mentioned, changed my brake pads and oil for a fraction of what the dealer wanted, and gave me a list of recommendations of repairs to keep up on as well as a realistic time frame based on how much I was actually driving the car. Just came back from Vegas with a check engine light. They fixed a transmission issue for less than I was quoted, and thoroughly explained the issue through diagrams. Eric's customer service skills are killer. I've gotten him every time I come in and it's always a pleasure. Dude knows his stuff. Give the man a raise!

I absolutely loved my experience at Precision Automotive! It was my first time so I didn't really know what to expect but I felt welcomed from the moment I walked into the shop. Eric was super kind and helpful and I love that he kept me updated on the status of my car. My favorite part was the digital inspection. They sent me a link that showed the health of my car with pictures and details. Also, the inspection included notes on how often different things like the brake fluid should be checked which was super cool! Being someone who doesn't know ANYTHING about cars, that was very helpful. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on!

No upselling, knowledgeable, photos of what they inspected, free loaner, cost and schedule as promised. I'll be back here for my next service.

I had some car problems as I broke down on the highway. Luckily USAA recommended Poway's Accurate Automotive. I was greeted by some great mechanics and even better some great people. They took such good care of me led by Brandon and his team. They definitely earned a lifetime customer and I would highly recommend anyone looking for someone to care for thier car to look no further than Poway Accurate Automotive.

Great service. Very honest and open about the work that needs be done and the work that is recommended over time. All of which is supported with a service inspection document containing photos and real supporting evidence. Highly recommend!!

Eric and his team are great at their job. They diagnose and offer options for repair of your car. You are on the loop through the whole repair, with pictures of the areas they identify as needing to be addressed

I went to Accurate Automative today for the first time to get some breaks work and oil change done. From the the get go I was in awe with the level of professionalism, expertise and most importantly honesty of Brandon Clark the service manager! I highly recommend Accurate Automative as one of the best shops that I have ever taken my car to and they will be my to go shop moving forward!

I have been using Poway's Precision for years. Every time I go in there I know that my car will get fixed in a timely manner, anything that needs to be fixed will be nrought to my attention and I won't be told that I need to get anything fixed that is not necessary.
