Precision Automotive came through for me in the clutch. I usually do my own repairs but encountered an unforseen issue right before a hernia surgery. I was stuck and laid up. My first search on Google and I find Precision. I called and talked to August, who was superb. Their team diagnosed the issue and repaired it, all for their original estimate and nothing more in less than 24 hours. But wait, there's more. Great service! I was having the wheels balanced and rotated on my van when at Discount Tire when they ran into a problem with one of the wheel studs, they recommended this place down the street for the repair, Precision Auto was able to book me an appointment for the next morning at 10 AM. When I got there they had the parts ready and got the repair done in less than one hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, their waiting room is clean and comfortable with lots of extra seating, it looks like they even have soft drinks and coffee available. Would definitely recommend, and will continue to use them when we have the need.
