Precision Auto is hands-down the best auto repair shop in Poway. Completely transparent, notified me of every step of the way and performed the repairs for exactly what they quoted. They provide recommendations on future service without any pressure. The staff is very knowledgeable and mechanics are fantastic. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of repairs!!

Poway Precision as awesome! Got my moms car in same day. I could feel that the break pads were toast. They were able to resurface the rotars, replace pads and get me on the road by the afternoon Highly recommend!

Excellent experience from the first call to the completion of the job and the follow-up communications. I asked them to check out the transmission due to shuddering and loss of power; they diagnosed it and determined it was the plugs and coils. They did the repair, prioritizing it that day even though they initially did not have space for an appt., and everything runs great now. A very professional team! Attention to detail in the shop upkeep as well!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the link they sent with their findings after doing a thorough inspection of my car. I only went in to diagnose an A/C issue that other shops weren't able to find and it turns out it was a severed wire behind the glove box that I was able to fix. I will be taking my car here from now on and highly recommend them.
