We were on our way to move out of state and my water pump failed. We managed to get to the shop and they took us right away. The lady at the front was so gracious and empathetic and took our car in and prioritized to get us on our way as quickly as possible. I’m grateful for there service and professionalism, but most of all for the solid work. No issues for 2000 mile in three days. Kudos!!!!

Perfect... the professional care and attention, not to mention workmanship and commitment to quality, made it an unexpected positive experience all the way around. Now I just need Costco to come through with the claim because they were the party that broke the lug nut and couldn't fix it... as a matter of fact, they were the one's who suggested you.

I don’t write many reviews but I read them and so maybe I should contribute. Especially for this company since they have been taking care of my cars for years. So, here’s my experience with them. I bring my car in, usually with a problem, they take care of the problem and point out stuff that might need looking after in the future. They charge me a fair price for the work they have done, and I drive home secure in the knowledge that these guys take their job seriously and my car has been fixed right.

Precision Automotive did an outstanding job and provided every accommodation for me due to unforeseen parts delays. Front brakes for my WRX STI were going to cost more than twice what I paid at Precision and the quality was first rate. I will not be returning to the dealership again. I have found a reliable automotive shop near my house with friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians.

I took my F350 in because I was having issues with my braking system. August walked we through the entire process and called me with updates to let me know how it was coming along. The mechanic was able to diagnose the issue and replace the parts necessary all at a good price. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.
