They have great customer service. The front desk did an amazing job with a nice greeting and they run a, very organized office. The mechanics have a high knowledge with automotive. They did a diagnostic report of my Hyundai Sonata for free and let me know about all of the issues with my car. They also provided a loaner car as well. They fixed the issue with the electric part and now everything is working fantastically! I will definitely recommend them to anybody that is looking for reliable, honest and expert mechanics

Everytime I bring my 2004 Honda Civic for even the most minor maintenance, these guys make this 15 year old compact run like a charm with muscles. For sure this car may never need to be replaced as long as they take care of it. Sometimes I come away thinking that it runs better than it did when it was new. This is the only place I'll go for service. The people here are honest, fast and reliable. I've never had a problem here and they always communicate with you every step of the way. I always feel like my car is getting the best service and they never take advantage like other places I've been to. They even send reports and pictures to explain any issues which is a godsend for someone who doesn't know much about cars (me). Can't thank them enough!

Poway AccurateAutomotive got my car right in and worked on it efficiently and proficiently. They fixed the problem, which turned out to be less of an issue than I thought. The car is now running great! It was a very positive experience. I have confidence in Poway Accurate Automotive and know they won't overcharge me or look for things that aren't really wrong.
