Auto Repair in Poway

I went to Accurate Automative today for the first time to get some breaks work and oil change done. From the the get go I was in awe with the level of professionalism, expertise and most importantly honesty of Brandon Clark the service manager! I highly recommend Accurate Automative as one of the best shops that I have ever taken my car to and they will be my to go shop moving forward!

I have been using Poway's Precision for years. Every time I go in there I know that my car will get fixed in a timely manner, anything that needs to be fixed will be nrought to my attention and I won't be told that I need to get anything fixed that is not necessary.

My wife took our Expedition to Accurate Automotive in Poway Ca. to get a check engine light looked at. Brandon checked it out and advised us that we need to take it to Ford as it was a factory emissions issue. We then informed him we have a warranty with Carmax. Long story short over the next two days Brandon talked with Ford and Carmax for us, he then advised us the best option he would do. He told us he could do a diagnostic on it and charge us but we would still have to take it to ford for the factory warranty issue. Needless to say he did not charge us nor did he want us to waist our money. He is an outstanding Person with great morals, he has earned our future business and I cannot say enough good things about Brandon for all the help he has giving us with our truck.
