Thank you for taking care of my car. My car had some weird seatbelt problem and it was fixed within the promised time. Customer service was excellent. I'll definitely come back again.

I had a simple but also an emergency job to do... The left brakes were grinding, and my daughter was coming to town. .. When we arrived, we were told by the manager (Dirk) that he was down two mechanics and that he wasn't sure if we could get done by closing. He said, also he do his best to squeeze us in... As if by magic, less than a half hour later, we were done. Barely had time to finish my coffee!! Dirk and his team did an outstanding job; this is the way customer service should be! The right price for a job well-done, in a timely manner! And not only that, the bathroom was the cleanest my wife and I had ever seen in an automotive repair venue! Many thanks to Dirk and his team. Best automotive shop I've been to! Honest, excellent work and flexible with your schedule. I brought a few cars to them to check up on them before I bought them and they definitely stopped me from buying a lemon. They were super honest and even showed me the problems the cars had rather than typing them up on a quote and handing the quote to me which most places don't do. Recently I took the car in for a coolant leak and Eric was able to find the issue and deal with the warranty company all during my lunch break. Took my car in the next day on my way to work, they replaced the cooling system and I picked it up on my lunch break that same day. Hassle free! The part that impressed me even more was four days later the owner Dirk texted me to make sure the repairs went well and everything was good. I've been to a lot of mechanic shops but I have never experienced one like this. A++ customer service from everyone in the shop!

Made an appointment for a smog check after reading the good reviews regarding speed and customer service. I arrived right at my appointment time and was treated very kindly by Eric in the office. I waited in the waiting area while they tested my car and 20 minutes later, I was driving away. Visit their website for a coupon on a smog check. You can't beat the $30 price (cert. included). I highly recommend them; make sure to call ahead and make an appointment because they are very busy. Even at 9am, the phones were ringing and the place was hopping.

Referred by Discount Tire, reasonable price for Alignment, $60 if you go through discount tire otherwise $80. Brian is Manager there, always go with appointment, it takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Go for it.

I am always wary of automotive repair shops, as a female I feel I may appear more vulnerable to potential cons in the industry (not that the industry is overtly corrupt, but you understand the essence of what I'm saying). For this reason, I always do my research on average cost of time and material, as well as look into the recommended services and have them checked by a third party. That said, I highly recommend Accurate Automotive. The manager, Brian, was professional, polite, informative and hilarious to boot. He worked with me to diagnose the issues with my vehicle, never attempted to "up-sell" me and seemed to give very genuine, unbiased advice. Their pricing is more than fair and they even performed additional tasks at no extra charge (like cleaning the corrosion off of my battery). I am definitely returning for future maintenance to my vehicle. I am impressed by Accurate Automotive and was pleased to meet Brian and his team. Thanks!

Just moved here from out of state. Just a smog check requires an appointment. These guys made it work for me. Being on a tight schedule I appreciate it greatly. Easy going, straightforward. The prices they quoted for some routine service when I asked was reasonable. I will be back to get my car serviced as well. Thanks guys!

This place is great. I was visiting from out of town and they made the space to fit me in. They where very through and thoughtful and did everything they could to ensure I was safe and taken care of. Eric was amazing and gracious. I would highly recommend him and this place any day!

This place is the absolute best! I have had the worst luck with cars, just constant matinence needed. Eric and his mechanics don't nickel and dime you, and they are honest about what needs to be taken care of immediately and what can wait till a later date. We have used them as our family's mechanic for years, and we certainly don't plan on changing any time soon. If you want a good mechanic who is upfront about what your car needs, go to precision.

After my mom purchased 2 tires from Discount tires we received a coupon and referral to Poway's Accurate Automotive Brian was awesome at explaining the problem and corrected it (wheel alignment ) Mom says her car is no longer shaking or pulling to one side or the other which translates to longer life on her tires Thank you for your excellent price, professionalism and service!
