I took my first bmw here when it had an alignment issue. They identified the issue as a bent tie rod but weren't sure if it was that or the entire steering rack. I went home and did my homework and ordered the part. They installed it and admitted they weren't sure and didnt try to sell me an expensive part just to make Money. My second run in with them was an overfill on oil in my M3. They drained the oil even though I overfilled it at no charge. These guys are honest and definitely have my future business.

Went here for the first time for a smog check.. I used their coupon and paid 30.00 out the door! Best price I found. The coupon, along with the good reviews I decided to try them out. I called and made an appointment. Not only was the staff really professional and nice, they were really fast! I was very satisfied with the service there and will go there again.

Precision Auto is an honest, reliable and extremely friendly establishment. Not only are they professional, but they always take the time to explain what the problem is and how they will attempt to fix it. Dirk, the owner and Mike, a mechanic, have helped me time and again with any problem my car has had with efficiency and care. I recommend Precision to anyone who needs an auto shop they can trust and one that will treat them and their vehicle with respect. They are also very affordable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been bring my car to Poway Accurate Automotive for service for almost 18 months now following a recommendation from a few neighborhood shops after hearing about my Evans Tire & Service Centers nightmare and knowing how difficult it can be to find a honest mechanic let alone a reliable auto repair shop. (See "My reviews" Evans Tires posted 5/12/2015.) Since coming here, I've dealt with Brian Sparling, shop manager, the owner (sorry don't remember the name but he's also very attentive and honest) along with a few mechanics - and all of whom maintain an air of professionalism and are able to explain repairs before the work is performed on my car. More importantly, I've never once had to return my vehicle - post maintenance - because of any unresolved mechanical problems once the car was worked on. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Highly recommended if you're in need of reliable auto repair work. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and everything is supervised and all work is reasonably priced. Business deserves 5 stars plus for being honest, competent and reliable!
