The front office does a great job of clearly communicating and educating. And the guys in the shop go the extra mile and so they do things right the first time. Been to other shops and always seems like they are just guessing. The expense is worth getting it done right the first time and in a timely manner.

One of the best Auto shops in San Diego. I have an 03 Accord and it runs like new thanks to these guys! Very friendly and helpful. Brandon was a huge help and super up front and honest with out being pushy. They didnt try to upsale me. Just helped me fixed what was necessary. They have a new regular customer.

This place is fabulous. I needed a 200,000 mile service done on my Toyota SUV. I called Toyota to see what I needed and asked for a quote. I then called Poway Accurate Automotive and they showed me how the dealer was trying to pull a fast one on me. I went to Poway Accurate Automotive and they were awesome from beginning to end. They even text me an inspection report that had photos as proof and links to videos explaining the various parts of the reports. It was fantastic. I could totally tell the difference in the way the SUV ran after I picked it up. So good. This is my new place for sure.

Had my Jeep XJ serviced at Accurate. They caught a bleeding brake line and took pics of it. Very impressive service. They also recommended a spark plug change to OEM. The Jeep has never run better.

Such a great find!! My car failed the smog test and of course as a busy mom of 5 I had NO time for my car to be in the shop. I dropped off in the morning and they had it done in time for me to pick up the kids. They let me know everything they were doing before they fixed it and were extremely polite and courteous. We will be back again when we have car trouble! Thanks Poway auto repair!
