Excellent customer care here! I went in for an oil change and standard check-up for my car. They provided a loaner car for me to use so I wouldn't have to sit and wait, and they also created a digital multi point inspection report showing me everything that passed and a few things that needed attention (it even shows pictures so you can see what they're talking about). They walked me through the report over the phone, answered all of my questions, and then moved forward with the work that I approved. I've been coming here for years and I will continue to do so. Brandon and August are not only two top-notch mechanics, they are also two stand-up individuals that will go far above what is required to please the customer. I had a very complicated A/C issue that they ended up repairing at or below cost due to the complexity of the issue.

Had a great experience this past week with Poway's Precision Automotive. We had 2 cars that needed to be smog checked. First one was an older Honda and since the battery had been replaced recently, it didn't pass the test. Eric Murray, the Operations Manager told me what I needed to do to pass the test in order for the battery to 're-connect'. I did what he recommended, brought it back to re-test, and he first checked the computer to make certain it would pass the second time which it did! Yay! My husband brought in another car this morning, it passed the smog test and he was in and out in a very short space of time. These guys do terrific work, and Eric is always friendly and helpful. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else! :-D

Precision Automotive is my go to local car maintenance and repair place. Manager Eric is the bomb!

We love Precision Auto. We've been going there for years with my truck which is getting close to 300,000 miles. Eric, the manager is a master problem solver and tries to do the best work for the least money. Under new ownership, rides are provided through Lyft or Uber instead of a shuttle. I highly recommend them.

This is the very best auto shop in this area. They never do unnecessary work; they try to keep you informed of future work that will be necessary; and the prices are reasonable!
