Although I have only been to your shop twice, I know that Brian is taking care of me (and our vehicles). TRUST, cannot be bought, borrowed or stolen, it is only earned, through the dedication to doing what is right, even when no one else is watching. I have trust in your shop and I appreciate Brian, and his understanding of what your business needs.

The service is always over the top! I needed an oil change and they took care of my Ford Escape right away. I'm always greeted with friendly faces and always enjoy interacting with the staff. Will definitely recommend Poway's Accurate Automotive to my friends!

Great place... Traveling, from out of town, u-joint fails. They got me in bright and early on a Saturday morning and did a great job replacing 2 original u-joints that didn't want to be changed. Everyone was super nice, chatted with Dirk the owner, Victoria the Service Manager, and was thoroughly entertained by Pete as he did the job. Class acts, one and all. I am really happy with the service, and grateful to be riding smooth again. Thanks fellas...

I was referred here for and alignment and scheduled an appointment. The place was easy to find with a large sign off the main road. When I arrived they gave me an estimate and told me the work would take a couple of hours. One of the guys mentioned a shopping center near by. It has a coffee shop, some eateries - even a movie theater, and took about a 10 min walk to get to. My car was done when they said it would be, and the cost was as estimated. The staff was great, - friendly and professional. A few weeks later I returned to have some recommended repairs done and had the same great experience.

Great, quick, friendly, quality, reasonably-priced service! These guys were able to fit my car in last minute and were very upfront about the state of my car without being pushy, which is exactly what I want in a repair place. I would feel good about bringing my car to them again.

I took my car here for a smog check. I called for an appointment and they were ready for me at the appointed time. I ambled over from the waiting area to the inspection area and the mechanics were not irked by my presence. They chatted amiably with me while going about their tasks. The mechanics were very thorough and did not seem to be handling the car roughly. The inspection was completed in a reasonable time. The manager and mechanics are courteous and friendly. The only reason it's not a 5-star is because I had printed out a coupon from their website, but was still charged a little over the price on the coupon. Still, I'd definitely go back for the quality of service and customer care.

Love this shop! Trustworthy and honest guys :-). Have been going here for a few years now and wouldn't trust my car with anyone else!! Thanks for your hard work guys! Funny reading some of these reviews ... Really goes to show you can't please everyone!
