Great people! They explained everything to me, were honest, fair, and gave me my commuter back quickly. My time was priority to them as well as the quality of their work. They have earned my business for years to come. Have already referred a couple of friends.

They did an alignment, smog, and spent a decent amount of time on diagnosing some suspension issues. Good service and a quick turnaround.

I came here when my brakes were making noise. they inspected the brake system and the rest of the entire car for free and told me exactly what needed to be done. they even brought me into the shop to show me the worn parts on my car. i opted to take my car back so i could shop around before i committed to buying anything from them. they ended up having the cheapest estimate and got the job done while i waited in the lobby. great service, nice guys, and quality work. will definitely be coming back here.

I would like to say that precision came recommended as the place to go for an alignment. I called and made an appointment for today. I got there 30 min. early and was able to get right in. Mike was the service tech and Jay assisted me at the desk. It only took 45 minutes and that included a tire rotation. The car is now perfect again, There are a couple of minor repairs they would recommend but there was no pressure from them. I am going to go back and have some other work done very soon. Just wanted to give Jay and Mike a huge THANK YOU for being professional and respectful of my time and money.

Once I got there, they took my truck right away and had it done in about 45 minutes. They went above and beyond to make sure things were good and that I was satisfied after telling them about a miscommunication with another store. The professionalism and customer service this time around was unsurpassed, and much appreciated!

I went in for a smog check, they were great fast and efficient and the coupon said 41.20 out the door and it was. There were no hidden costs. I will use them for all my other auto needs as well.
