Such a great experience, long story short my RX-8 dropped into limp mode, I called a few mechanics and no one had a clue about rotary engines, untill I spoke with Jason at Poway's Accurate not only did they get my vehicle sorted, fixed an unknown issue all at a fair price and had my car back sooner than I expected, Jason keep me up to date on throughout the diagnosis and repair process. Just like finding a barber you will always go to, this shop is no "my shop" I will not take my car anywhere else

I started with a classic car and Eric and his team found a way to get parts and fix it over the last 5+ years. Now for the last 4+ years he has my newer models all of different foreign brands for services outside of new car warranty at NON dealership prices. He sells me what I need and not whatever he can like I have found elsewhere. On some occasions I asked Eric for some extra service and he told me it would be a waste of money even though they would have benefited financially. High integrity in a field not know for that. I trust Eric and POWAY Precision Automotive AND his service people who are familiar faces (good retention should tell you something!). Great mechanics.

This 100% the only shop I trust with my baby. I use my car for competitive performance driving events and I'm EXTREMELY particular about what gets done to my car, how it's done, when it's done, and how well it's done. So far, I've gotten a timing belt/tensioners, water pump, and a custom performance alignment done here. Firstly, the vehicle inspection was ridiculously thorough. They found issues that I didn't realize I had, but that are totally consistent with what I've put my car through. Then they educated me on all the work that could be done with specific attention to what absolutely had to be done versus what could wait if I needed it to. After we agreed on what work to do, they got it done quickly - not rushed or shoddy, but efficiently - and it was done well. Not once did I feel like I was getting ripped off or spoken down to. The manager, Brandon, took the time to educate me without giving me the whole "dumb chick" treatment. I've only been taking my car there for a month (two visits) but I don't trust anyone but Brandon and his team to care for my baby!!! Thanks to the whole team!

This automotive shop is great. My radio broke in my Honda Accord and the shop took great care in getting me the radio of my choice installed in my vehicle. The work was superb and detailed. I want to thank the Owner August Boeller for making my experience worthwhile and extremely affordable. I recommend this shop to anyone wanting to avoid dealership's high prices, etc. Me and my husband have been going to this shop for over 4 years now. Thanks again!! :)

Eric is super friendly and the waiting room is clean and quiet. You can also use Wi-Fi during the period. They helped me to do wheel alignment and everything is good without any issues so far. The labor fee is slightly higher than the quote from dealership but it is acceptable.

I had a transmission issue and to it to a dedicated transmission shop who told me I needed it rebuilt for around $3k. Took it to Precision Auto like I do for everything else and they determined I needed a speed sensor. Out the door repair was just under $300. Drove it to work and back which is 50 miles round-trip and no issues what so ever. Very happy I didn't have to rebuild/replace the transmission.

I have been going to this place for quite a few years and have never been disappointed or over charged all work is done in a timely manner. Have referred a few friends and now this is the only place they take their car.

While on a mini-vacay, my car decided to fall apart on me. When reaching speeds over 50mph, it would shake uncontrollably. Knowing this was not safe, yet being hours from my hometown mechanic, I was at a loss where to take my car to get a trustworthy report on my car's needs. I asked my family members in Mira Mesa if they knew of a reputable mechanic, and immediately they told me of August and his car repair services. In short, I was very impressed. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Clean. Skilled. Excellent customer service. Your car will be in the best of hands!
