Auto Repair in Poway

My check engine light went on and my usual go to shop is Poway Precision Automotive. I have been taking my car there for years, but as they were closed on Mondays and Poway's Accurate Automotive has the same owner, I decided to call them instead to see if they could take my car immediately. I spoke with Brandon who was very friendly and he encouraged me to bring it right in. There was a lot to be done so the bill ended up being higher than I had wished, but they were extremely thorough and I was sent a link that brought up my car's profile which included detailed summaries and photos of all the issues that needed attention according to a green, yellow, red system of importance. They needed to hold on to it for two days, but graciously provided me with a loner car, which ended up being a Lexus. When all of the immediate issues were fixed, Brandon gave me a timeline of suggestion for the yellow and green issues that would require future attention. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, my car is running well and I will be using there services again soon. Highly recommend!

Buying a used car? Before pulling that trigger, take that vehicle to these guys and they do a huge thorough inspection on the vehicle. They give you an in-depth report of work that needs to be done (and they provide pictures.) I'm pretty sure the vehicle I just had them inspect feels violated with how deep they go for you. No BS. Just honest up front, this is what needs to happen. If the person sells this vehicle to me, they can be assured that that vehicle will be coming back to get that work done.

Poway's Accurate Automotive was awesome! My jeep wrangler needed new breaks and shocks. Brandon and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road ASAP. I was really impressed by the report with pictures that they gave me showing me the parts that were worn and damaged. As a woman, I'm always weary of mechanics trying to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge, but the PAA crew were honest and direct with me. I highly recommend this shop if you're in need of a quick quality repair job for your car!

I've gone to Bran and the team at Poway's Accurate Automotive a few times to have some minor things done, some more major things done, and to get some performance work done. I use my car for competitive performance driving, this I'm EXTREMELY particular about how things are done for my baby. Now that I've discovered this shop I won't trust her to anyone else! From a water pump to timing belt to valve cover gasket to a custom performance alignment - they can do it all. I never once felt upsold or spoken down to and I got a serious explanation as to what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and what could wait for another time. The price was fair, the work was done well, and I got my baby back in a timely manner. Can't recommend this shop enough!

Honest, Quick, Quality. I brought in my recently purchased 1999 F350 for a oil change and check up. The team did a through inspection of my truck which led to the proper maintenance of critical systems of the vehicle. They treated brakes, transmission, A/C, tires, and alternator wiring with a professional touch. Brandon kept me updated with the status of work and ensured I was able to pick up the truck as soon as it was done with no wasted time waiting in the shop. I recommend the shop and will continue to bring all my vehicles here to keep them going for many years to come.

After putting my suspension back to stock on my 2013 tundra, my alignment was all out of wack. Poway accurate not only got me on the road again, they performed a bumper to bumper inspection on what was wrong with my vehicle. Price is higher than most alignment shops but well worth it. Accurate Auto repair is the most honest trust worthy repair shop in San Diego. I have been coming to see them for since I moved to San Diego. I have brought my GMC Suv and I am more impressed every time I come in. They did a great job on my vehicle and told me what I needed and what could wait. They called to let me know what was going on and communicated through the entire repair process. The owner even sends you a text message to make sure your happy. Don't go anywhere else in town for Months later they continue to do a great job Even more impressed
